Famílias com crianças atendidas no Centro Social Reconstruir a Vida participaram, na nesta sexta-feira (13), de palestra na sede do projeto, no Sítio Histórico Porto de São Mateus. Com os temas Violência contra a mulher, O trabalho do assistente social eFamília das crianças e adolescentes, a palestra foi ministrada pela assistente social do Cras do Porto, Alreni Souto. A organização coube a estudantes de Serviço Social Maria José de Jesus dos Santos, Maria Antônia Duarte dos Santos e Ingrid de Souza.
As três estudantes são estagiárias no Centro Social Reconstruir a Vida e, segundo Maria José, a palestra faz parte de um projeto de intervenção social, que será inserido no trabalho de conclusão de curso (TCC). A coordenadora do Reconstruir a Vida, Joana Silva Assunção, e a coordenadora do Cras do Porto, Eva Bianca Souza de Oliveira, estiveram presentes.
Joana ressalta que o Centro Social Reconstruir a Vida recebeu com satisfação o projeto de intervenção das estudantes. “Ajuda no nosso trabalho, porque temos o propósito de não só trabalhar com as crianças, mas também com a família delas”, ressaltou. Joana avalia que a palestra foi valorosa, importante e um aprendizado a mais.
